Microsoft Office 365 software offers multiple ways for you to study, share documents and collaborate with your peers.

For 365 users, files can be saved and shared online in OneDrive for Business and accessed from any device, so you and your study partners can work on them together. OneNote allows you to create group study guides that you can share and work on with others in real time.




Login to Office 365

You will need to login and be connected to the internet at least once a month to keep your subscriptions active.

Your username for Office 365 is your College username followed by e.g:

Your password is different to your College password.


Use cloud-based software online

You can access lighter versions of software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, online without installing the software on your device. Simply login in as above and follow the instructions.

Note: If you are using the lighter versions for the first time, you will need to open Onedrive to activate the account before opening any software.

Leaving Kendal College

Office 365 will be deactivated once you are no longer a College member. You will need to purchase a license or subscription from Microsoft to continue to use the programs on your devices. You will be prompted on leaving to choose whether you wish to continue using Office 365 or not. You can choose to uninstall the software.
